Momojersey is an online retailer of football jerseys and sports apparel. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, our services, or our product range at any time.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Together they form the full agreement between you and us.

Your account

• You can browse and shop without an account, but registering makes tracking orders easier.
• You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Please don’t share your account with others or use it for commercial resale or unlawful purposes.
• If you notice unauthorized activity on your account, contact us right away so we can help.

Products & descriptions

• We work hard to keep every photo, size chart, colour, and description accurate.
• Because screens display colour differently, slight colour variation between the photo and the item you receive is normal and isn’t considered a defect.
• Measurements may vary by roughly 1–3 cm due to manual measurement — please check the size chart before ordering.
• Our products are intended for personal use.

Pricing, currency & duties

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated, and include all import duties and taxes. There are no additional charges on delivery.
• The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
• Prices and promotions may change at any time, but any change won’t affect orders already confirmed and paid.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a system or human error, we’ll contact you before processing and offer you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders & payment

• When you place an order, you confirm that your shipping address, contact details, and any customization details are accurate and complete.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and we’ve sent you a confirmation email.
• All payments must go through our official checkout. We never ask for payment via unofficial channels.
• We may cancel or decline an order in cases of suspected fraud, high-risk transactions, incorrect information, or abusive ordering patterns. If we do, you’ll receive a full refund.

Order changes & cancellation

• Standard items: you can change or cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t shipped yet — just contact us as soon as possible.
• Custom items: once production has started, the name, number, size, or design can no longer be changed and the order can’t be cancelled.

Customized products

• Custom jerseys (name, number, patch, or badge) are produced individually after your order is confirmed.
• Please double-check your spelling, number, and size before submitting — we print exactly what you provide.
• We can’t take responsibility for errors in the details you supply, and custom items are non-returnable except in the case of a production error or quality defect.

Shipping & delivery

• All orders ship internationally from China. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs clearance, weather, local postal performance, and peak seasons.
• Import duties and taxes are included in your order total — you won’t be charged anything extra on delivery.
• We’re not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or circumstances outside our control — but we’ll always help you track your parcel and handle any paperwork.

Returns & refunds

All returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. In short: if there’s a quality issue or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right at our cost. Customized jerseys and worn or damaged items aren’t eligible for return unless there’s a production error or defect.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, our logo, page layout, and design — belongs to Momojersey and is protected by copyright. Copying, downloading, redistributing, or reusing our website content or product images for commercial purposes without our written permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

When using our website, please don’t:

• Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access our systems without authorization, or interfere with the site’s normal operation.
• Use bots, scrapers, or malicious scripts, or place fake or fraudulent orders.

We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders where these rules are broken.

Third-party links & services

Our site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We don’t control their content or policies, and we’re not responsible for them. When you leave our site, we encourage you to review the terms of any site you visit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed events or lost opportunities, arising from delayed or undelivered shipments.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we’d much rather sort it out directly — please contact our team first, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page, with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms. Changes won’t apply retroactively to orders already placed.
