Return & Refund Policy
We provide a return and refund service for all orders placed on Momojersey. Please read the following terms carefully before applying for a return or refund:
1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- The returned products must be in their original condition (no damage, no wear, tags intact), and the packaging must be complete.
- Customized products (with personalized printing, name or number) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue (e.g., fabric damage, printing errors).
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email to apply for a return, and provide the order number and product photos (if there is a quality issue).
- After our confirmation, pack the products properly and send them back to the specified address (provided by customer service).
- We will inspect the returned products within 3-5 business days after receiving them.
3. Refund Rules
- If the return is due to product quality issues (e.g., fabric damage, printing errors), we will provide a full refund (including shipping costs).
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we confirm the returned products, and the refund will be credited to your original payment account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products with obvious wear, damage or missing parts.
- Customized products (personalized printing, name or number) without quality issues.
- Orders not returned within the specified time (more than 7 days after receipt).
