All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after you receive the package.

We do not accept return requests after the 7-day deadline.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Products can be returned only if they meet all the following requirements:

  • Unwashed, unworn, and no stains or damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • No self-modification, printing, or cutting on the product.
  • Return items must be the same goods you purchased, no replacement or exchange of other items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or logos.
  • Products marked clearance or special promotion.
  • Items damaged by improper use, washing, or man-made destruction.
  • Products without original tags or damaged packaging.

4. Reason for Return & Responsibility

Item quality problem / wrong item sent by us

  • We cover return shipping cost.
  • Full refund or free reshipment according to your choice.

Personal reason return (don’t like, size not fit, change mind)

  • Customer bears return shipping fee.
  • Original shipping fee paid at checkout will not be refunded.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email, provide order number and product photos.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and receive the return address.
  3. Send the item back to the assigned address by registered shipping.
  4. We will inspect the item within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
  5. After inspection passed, refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Refund Time

Once approved, refunds usually take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing time.

7. Damaged or Lost Package on Arrival

If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items:

  • Please take clear photos of package and products within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Send to our support, we will offer refund, replacement or reshipment for free.
