Welcome to Momojersey’s official shipping policy. We ship globally from China, and here are the key details you need to know to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Momojersey will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For customized jerseys (with personalized names, numbers, or logos), the processing time will be extended to 3-7 business days due to production needs. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with well-known international logistics providers (DHL, EMS, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery. The estimated delivery time varies by region and shipping method, as shown below:

Note: Delivery time may be extended due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak logistics periods. We will keep you updated on the latest shipping status.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping method, and destination country. You can view the exact shipping cost on the checkout page before completing your order.

• Free shipping is available for orders with a total amount of $100 or more (excluding customs duties).
• For orders below $100, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs & Duties

• All import duties, taxes, and other related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Momojersey is not liable for any additional fees incurred during customs clearance.
• We will provide a commercial invoice and necessary documents to facilitate customs clearance. If you need additional documents, please contact our customer service.

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s real-time status on the logistics provider’s official website. If you have any questions about tracking, please contact our customer service.

6. Lost & Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost during transportation (confirmed by the logistics provider), we will arrange a free reshipment or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
• If the package is damaged during transportation (excluding human damage), please take photos of the damaged package and products within 24 hours of receipt, and contact us for after-sales support (refund or reshipment).
