All orders placed on Momojersey will be processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For customized jerseys (with personalized names, numbers, or logos), the processing time will be extended to 3-7 business days due to production needs. We will notify you via email once your order is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with well-known international logistics providers (DHL, EMS, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery. The estimated delivery time varies by region and shipping method, as shown below:

6. Lost & Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost during transportation (confirmed by the logistics provider), we will arrange a free reshipment or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • If the package is damaged during transportation (excluding human damage), please take photos of the damaged package and products within 24 hours of receipt, and contact us for after-sales support (refund or reshipment).
