I. Scope of Application

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all merchandise you purchase on the MomoJersey website.


II. Refund Policy

1. Refund for Quality Problems:
If the goods you received have quality problems, such as damage, serious color difference, size is not in line with the description of the goods, etc., please contact our customer service team within 7 working days after receiving the goods. You need to provide photos or videos of the quality problem of the goods as evidence, and we will arrange a full refund for you, as well as bear the return logistics costs of $10 per item.

2. Refunds for Non-Quality Issues:
If you want a refund for personal reasons (such as not liking it, changing your mind, etc.), you can apply for a refund within 14 working days after you receive the item if the item is unused, undamaged, and well-packaged. However, you need to bear the return logistics costs of $10 per item. We will receive the returned goods and confirm that there is no error within 3 – 5 working days for your refund procedures. The refund will be returned to your payment account.

3. Refund Restrictions:
Customized goods, special goods, goods that have been worn, or have obvious signs of use do not support refunds, unless there is a quality problem.


III. Return Policy

1. Quality Problem Exchange:
If there is a quality problem with the goods, you can choose to exchange the goods. Please contact customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods, provide proof of quality problems, and we will provide you with a free replacement of the same model with the same size goods. If the product is out of stock, you can choose to replace other styles or refund. We will cover the return logistics costs of $10 per item.

2. Non-Quality Exchange:
If you want to exchange the goods for personal reasons, in the case of unused, undamaged, and well-packaged goods, you can apply within 14 working days after receipt of the goods. You need to bear the return logistics costs of $10 per item. We will receive the returned goods and confirm that there is no error, as soon as possible for you to send the replacement goods.

3. Restrictions on the Exchange of Goods:
Customized goods and special goods do not support the exchange of non-quality issues. If there are slight defects in the goods but they do not affect normal wear and use, we will provide a certain compensation program, rather than a direct replacement. The specific compensation will be determined through negotiation between both parties.


IV. Return and Exchange Process

1. Application:
You need to email (info@momojersey.com) or contact the website customer service to us to make a return application, explaining the reason for return, order number, product details, and other information.

2. Review:
We will review your application within 1 – 2 working days after receiving the application. If the return or exchange is due to quality issues, we will inform you of the subsequent processing procedures; if it is not a quality issue, we will confirm whether the goods meet the conditions for return or exchange.

3. Returns:
After review and approval, you need to send the merchandise back to the return address provided by us. Please make sure the merchandise is well-packed with all accessories and hangtags, etc. When returning the goods, please make sure to keep the logistics bill number in order to check the progress of the return.

4. Processing:
Once we receive the returned merchandise, it will be inspected and processed within 3 – 5 business days. If it meets the conditions for return and exchange, we will issue a refund or exchange goods for you; if it does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to explain the situation.


V. Handling of Special Circumstances

1. Commodities Lost or Damaged in Transit:
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit, you should contact our customer service in a timely manner and provide relevant proof (such as logistics feedback, etc.). We will negotiate with the logistics company to solve the problem. If it is confirmed that the logistics is responsible, we will resend the goods for you or apply for a refund.

2. Wrongly Sent Goods:
If we wrongly sent the goods, you can contact us within 7 working days after receiving the goods. We will replace the correct goods for you free of charge and bear the return logistics costs of $10 per item.
